HireLeader does not determine which candidates an organization hires, rejects, interviews, advances, or otherwise selects. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the organization conducting the recruiting process.

HireLeader is a professional recruiting platform and is not directed toward children. The service is not intended for individuals who are not legally permitted to participate in the applicable employment or recruiting process.
If we become aware that information has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable children's privacy laws, we may take steps to remove that information.
