The role

Own product positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, customer research, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategy for Brightline Labs' products. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to create clear commercial stories and improve how products are brought to market.

What you’ll bring

4 or more years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Growth Marketing, B2B Marketing, or another relevant role. Experience positioning and marketing technology products; strong written communication; ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging; product positioning and messaging experience; customer or market research experience; strong go-to-market strategy understanding; experience partnering with Product and Sales; ability to manage multiple launches or projects; strong presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills; comfort with qualitative and quantitative information; and ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.

What to expect in the interview process

Initial recruiter conversation followed by a hiring manager interview. Qualified candidates will then meet members of the engineering team for a technical discussion focused on past work, problem solving, and practical engineering judgment. Final candidates will have a short leadership conversation before an offer decision is made.
